How to Book Our classes are very popular so to avoid any disappointment we would recommend you book in advance to guarantee your space. Booking can be made over the phone by calling the gym directly or by booking in person at the gym reception up to 7 days in advance. If you are a non - member then please be aware to book you need to pay in advance to confirm your booking. Cancelling booked classesSince our classes are busy, we want as many customers as possible to attend their favourite classes, so please can youlet us know if you are unable to attend your booked class. Even if it is only 30 minutes before it starts there is a good chance we can still offer this place out to someone else.

Fitness classes

While our leisure centres are still closed we are launching virtual fitness classes. If you pay annually for your membership, any frozen period will be added to the end of your membership. Our leisure centres are currently closed due to national lockdown. We have teamed up with Technogym to launch our new on-demand programme on the MyWellness app. You'll find a mix of pre-recorded classes from the fitness experts at Technogym alongside familiar face of fitness instructors and coaches from the leisure centre around the county. You can also still access the same great challenges, daily exercises and run programmes that you've loved in the app.

Sport and Wellbeing offers a great range of fitness classes, designed to help you keep fit while also having fun! Our variety of classes cater to all abilities and fitness levels, and offer something to suit everyone.
